I understand that financial relief grants are intended for legitimate financial needs for ministers who serve congregations, institutions, and/or organizations who partner with or support the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. As needed, I will present additional documentation to prove this need. I am also aware that financial relief grants are limited to up to $2,500 per individual per lifetime. I understand that relief grants are made possible by generous gifts from private donors and foundations. I submit this request to the financial relief grant review committee.
