The Help Desk allows employers to submit requests to Church Benefits Board for assistance with billing questions, address changes, employment change, etc. Use the blue button to access the Help Desk.

Participants can access their accounts online 24/7. Direct participants with questions to Empower at 855.756.4738 or have them schedule an appointment online.

Plan Document

Review the amended and restated 403(b)(9) Retirement Plan document as pre-approved by the IRS for your review and adoption. This is the Plan under which Church Benefits Board operates the retirement program for CBF affiliated churches and organizations.
