Administrative Manual
The Administrative Manual provides information about the Church Benefits Board 403(b)(9) Retirement Plan (“CBB 403(b)(9) Plan”) and outlines the responsibilities of all the parties involved with the Plan. This manual is intended to be a resource for financial administrators and those assigned to managing the contributions for the employer. It is meant to be referenced regularly to better help you understand the CBB 403(b)(9) Plan as you enroll new employees and as a resource for current employees.
