Life insurance gives extra protection that you and your family may need. No medical testing/history is required. Benefit is 4 times earnings, up to a maximum of $500,000.

Long-term disability insurance helps protect your paycheck if you’re unable to work for a long period of time after a serious condition, injury or sickness. Benefit replaces 60% of earnings.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance pays your beneficiary a death benefit if you die due to a covered accident or pays you if you are unexpectedly injured in a covered accident.
