About Church Benefits Board

The Church Benefits Board, Inc. (CBB), is a ministry of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF), created in 1998 by the General Assembly to provide 403(b)(9) retirement benefits for ministers and staff members of churches that are affiliated with CBF, along with field personnel worldwide. CBB is honored to serve a wide range of Protestant churches and non-profit organizations who share common religious ideals with CBF.

CBB’s mission is to help our participants secure their financial future while living into their calling. Our 403(b)(9) retirement plan offers tax savings unique to ministers, free financial planning, financial wellness incentives, and personalized support.

In addition to simplifying the management of a 403(b)(9) retirement plan, CBB can help maintain an overall benefit package, including Life, Long-Term, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance with Employee Assistance Program services.

PARTNERSHIPS
